Save yourself the strain of carrying heavy weights around – when you’re not using your AQW8, you can empty the water for light and easy travel.  AQW8 gives you the flexibility to workout wherever, whenever and however you like. Just BYO water.

Foam weights will typically only give you one resistance level underwater. AQW8 is fully adjustable depending on your fitness level and the muscle group being worked, allowing for a more varied workout.

You sure can. Just be sure to rinse well with fresh water after your workout to keep it in tip top condition.
