Standard shipping within metro Australian areas (3-5 business days): $0. Zip. Nada.

If you’re in a hurry, we can arrange an AQW8 for you ASAP for an additional fee. Just select the Express Shipping option at checkout to receive your purchase within 1-2 business days.

International shipping

AQW8 is currently only available in Australia. Please subscribe to our mailing list and we’ll keep you posted on any updates.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking details so you can keep an eye out.

Refund or Return

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@aqw8.com.au within 14 days of your original purchase. We’ll get in touch with instructions on how to return your AQW8 for a full refund or exchange.

Returns must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
